3. Booking & Payments

A project is confirmed only when:

5. Creative Control

By working with WP Creation, you acknowledge that:

• Creative decisions (editing style, colour grading, pacing, composition, etc.) are made based on professional judgment.
• Revision limits will be clearly stated in your project agreement.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Content Delivery

6.1 Delivery timeline

Estimated timelines will be provided per project and may vary based on complexity.

6.2 File formats

Content is typically delivered digitally in MP4, JPEG, or other agreed formats.

6.3 Storage

We archive project files for [X months] after delivery. Long-term storage is not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

7.1 Ownership

We retain full copyright ownership of all raw and final content unless explicitly transferred.

Clients may not:

• Edit or alter the content in a way that misrepresents our work
• Use content in unlawful, harmful, or defamatory contexts

7.4 Creator rights

• Social media
• Marketing materials

If you require confidentiality (e.g., unreleased product or campaign), tell us in advance.

8. Filming & Photography Conditions

We reserve the right to:

• Stop work if safety is compromised
• Decline services if the environment is unsuitable for filming
• Charge for additional time caused by circumstances outside our control

9. Social Media Mentoring

Advice given during mentoring is based on best practices and expertise.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., follower growth, viral content, revenue increases), as results depend on variables outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

WP Creation is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, business, or data
• Delays caused by weather, location access, illness, or equipment failure
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service.

11. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission
• Attempt to disrupt the website’s functionality
• Use our site for unlawful purposes
