We planned and filmed mobile-friendly portrait videos capturing Maja’s artistry in action: from design sketches, client sessions, to tattoo reveal moments.
Overview
I worked with CrossFit Henleaze / Trym on a large-scale content project designed to showcase every part of the gym offering, from classes and coaching to community, nutrition and member experience.
The project involved delivering a wide range of videography and photography across multiple shoots, capturing regular adult classes, kids and teens sessions, specialist training and testimonials. Alongside this, I created gym overview content designed to build trust, answer common questions and give potential members a clear sense of what it’s like to train there.
All content was built for flexibility across social platforms, with a strong focus on authenticity, energy and community. As a result, the gym’s Instagram channels generated over 121,300 views, helping increase visibility and engagement while creating a long-term bank of high-quality assets for ongoing use.
This project highlights how considered, story-led content can support growth while staying true to the culture of a gym.

Social Media Mentoring
Alongside content creation, I ran a one-to-one social media mentoring session with Rachel, one of the coaches, focused on upload strategies and making the most of the content I had created. We covered when and how to post, how to structure captions, and how to use video effectively to drive engagement. The session was designed to give Rachel the confidence and clarity to post consistently, ensuring the content worked harder long after delivery.
